1. Purpose
These General Guidelines set out the standards of conduct, responsibilities, and expectations for all users of the Codingfigs platform — including registered members, visitors, legal professionals, law students, and administrative staff. Reading and following these guidelines ensures a safe, productive, and legally compliant experience for everyone on the platform.
2. Platform Etiquette
- Communicate respectfully with all users and platform staff at all times.
- Do not post, share, or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful.
- Use the platform only for its intended purpose — legal networking, education, and professional services.
- Do not spam other users with unsolicited messages, promotions, or connection requests.
- Report any violations, inappropriate content, or suspicious activity to contact@codingfigs.com.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone.
- Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify us.
- Each person may only maintain one active account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
4. Content Standards
All content submitted to the platform — including articles, profile information, forum posts, and uploaded documents — must:
- Be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
- Not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Not contain personal data of third parties without their consent.
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, and IPC/BNS provisions.
- Not constitute unsolicited advertising or promotion of external services.
5. Use of Platform Services
- Service enquiry forms are for genuine enquiries only. Fictitious or test submissions are not permitted outside designated test environments.
- Academy course materials are for your personal educational use only and must not be reproduced, shared, or resold.
- Professional directory information must not be scraped, harvested, or used for mass marketing.
- The platform's payment infrastructure must only be used for legitimate transactions in INR for services listed on the platform.
6. Accessibility & Non-Discrimination
Codingfigs is committed to maintaining an inclusive and non-discriminatory platform. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, caste, language, disability, or any other protected characteristic. All platform services are equally accessible to eligible users.
7. Platform Updates & Notices
- We may update features, content, pricing, or policies from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notices.
- It is your responsibility to read notices and policy updates when prompted.
- Continued use of the platform after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Framework
These guidelines are supplementary to and must be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable platform policies. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
