1. Scope
These Workshop Terms & Conditions ("Workshop Terms") apply to all learners who register for workshops offered through the Codingfigs Academy. They supplement and must be read together with our general Terms & Conditions, Payment Terms, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Registration
- Registration in a paid workshop is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Registration in a free workshop is confirmed upon completion of the enrollment process.
- Each registration is personal to the registered learner and is non-transferable.
- You may not share your workshop access, recording links, or materials with any other person.
- Registration entitles you to attend the workshop session(s) and receive a certificate of participation, subject to these terms.
3. Attendance
- You must attend the workshop at the scheduled date and time. Punctual attendance is expected.
- If the workshop is conducted online, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for participation.
- Workshop materials, if provided, are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed.
- Codingfigs is not responsible for technical issues on the learner's side that prevent attendance or participation.
4. Recording & Media
- Workshop sessions may be recorded by Codingfigs for quality assurance, training, and archival purposes.
- If a recording is made available to registrants, it is for personal viewing only and may not be downloaded, shared, or redistributed.
- Codingfigs reserves the right to use workshop recordings, anonymised participation data, and feedback for promotional and educational purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
- Recording provision is at the sole discretion of Codingfigs and is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the workshop page.
5. Certificates
- A certificate of participation is issued only upon attending the workshop and completing any required feedback or attendance confirmation.
- Certificates are issued in the name of the registered learner and are non-transferable.
- Each certificate carries a unique verification UUID that can be used to verify its authenticity on the platform.
- Certificates remain valid indefinitely once issued.
- Codingfigs reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is found to have been issued based on fraudulent registration or non-attendance.
6. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- More than 7 days before the workshop: full refund upon written request.
- 3–7 days before the workshop: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before or after the workshop date: no refund.
- If Codingfigs cancels the workshop, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
7. Changes & Cancellation by Codingfigs
- Codingfigs reserves the right to reschedule, change speakers, modify the programme, or cancel a workshop at any time.
- In the event of cancellation, registered learners will be notified by email and offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative session.
- Codingfigs is not liable for any ancillary costs incurred by the learner (travel, accommodation, etc.) in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled workshop.
8. Intellectual Property
- All workshop content, materials, slides, handouts, and recordings are the intellectual property of Codingfigs or its collaborators.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from workshop materials without prior written consent.
9. Code of Conduct
- You are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the workshop.
- Harassment, disruption, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
- Codingfigs reserves the right to bar individuals from future workshops in case of repeated misconduct.
